Looks like it was sent back once.

When I received it, the box was open and the tab that closed the box was torn off. Looks like someone's already returned. The tool will not work continuously. I tried both directions and sometimes it popped. You also had to hold down the center spindle to get it to ratchet. It would be difficult to squeeze the caliper. I sent it back for a refund. They will probably send it to the next buyer.
