Review on 🚰 Delta Faucet Windemere 2-Handle Kitchen Sink Faucet - Chrome Finish with Side Sprayer (Model: 21996LF) by John Vann

Cheapest known brand / decent faucet.

I wanted to stick with a well known brand like Delta because eventually I would have to buy shims for it and it's a lot easier to have a well known brand. It appeared to be the cheapest faucet from a well-known brand that still looks simple and classic. I chose the stainless steel model. I noticed that Home Depot has a similar faucet with slightly different handles for about the same price, but I think they do it on purpose so you can't compare prices. Tip: When buying hoses, pay attention to whether your check valve is a compression valve or a flare valve. Most things seem to be compressed these days, but everything in our house is blinking and this seems to be a rarer type of connection. Everything worked fine here, but there are two annoying things I've found: 1. You MUST make all the connections at the bottom of the sink and you can't make any of them before inserting them. Why? because the locking nuts are too small to fit over the water fitting. I wrapped the teflon tape and made very good connections but when I then tried to put the locknuts on it didn't work so I had to take everything apart, remove the teflon tape, put it back in the sink, loosen the locknuts and THEN use a heavy make a water connection at an accessible point. 2. The vaporizer makes a very cheap impression.
