I like that you can keep track of everything from your sales numbers up until after an invoice has been paid for by customers or invoiced back into inventory if needed (or even just tracked).
You also have access to other information such as customer contact info etc., which helps with communication between yourself/business owner(s) within each department at times when things are busy but need some attention! There isn't much out there right now so we haven’t had any problems yet; however, since this was released last year they've added many more features including a new reporting feature called My Reports & Dashboard. We're still working through what would be best suited towards our needs currently though - whether its using their website version vs desktop client application / web portal interface? If anyone reading this does not know how well built-out these types of applications typically go then.
