These are NOT spring loaded glasses despite the statement on the page. However, they work both as regular readers and as blue light-blocking computer glasses, but if you're using them on a computer you should run out of power than regular readers since the monitor is usually farther away than you're holding the book. If you're using them as tablet or phone readers, chances are you're good at their regular reading performance. The blue filtering falls to about the mid-point in efficiency between the best pair I have and the worst pairs I've tried. The total width from the edge of the lens to the edge of the lens is about 120mm, so they are too narrow for a wider face than usual. The overall width of the frame is only 135mm, so even medium-sized people can feel cramped. They're fairly tight and unforgiving, with no springs in the hinges. The fit and general feel is the same as cheap in-store readers, but they have a blue block filter for electronic screen readers, which is effective. Basically, you get cheap blue-blocking readers at the price of cheap readers. If they were spring loaded as advertised I would give them a 3/5.
