The best lip balm.
I've been using Avon Dew Kiss Lip Dew for 56 years since New York. I've never had chapped lips in all that time. This is the best and most reasonable [for the price] if you want a great lip balm. I live in Arizona now, it's very dry there and I still use it at least 3 times a day.
