I took the review's advice to go up a size, shouldn't have
Can't comment on the fit as I read the reviews and decided to go up a size. I usually wear a medium size (I'm 5ft 6in, 140lbs) but I ordered a large size and it was too big. If you were to slip a sweater underneath and zip it up that would work, but for me I don't and don't want to zip it up, so it just looks baggy when unzipped. I'll go back and buy a medium and see if I like it. I love that it's light weight and not stiff like some denim jackets, although I wish it was a bit lighter as I'm trying to replace the one I've always had from Gap which is finally wearing out.
