I love how easy it was for me (a beginner)to use, with so many different ways you can customize your bot! It's also very helpful that they have live chat support as well if needed which makes things even easier when in need of assistance or clarification about something!! Nothing really at this point but overall great experience using their service. Highly recommend them. ! We are able solve any problems we had related directly from our products by just talking through bots :) It has helped me to be more productive during my work by creating different messages for customers, employees, and internal team members. Also it helps me in saving time by saving many things that was needed previously, it's a good software. Nothing to dislike about this program as it does its job well, i don't think there will be anything that could make me not use this software anymore. Just try to give it a go with your business. It has improved productivity in our office.
