Misadvertising Revain and product packaging - NOT stainless steel
I was relieved to see the 'stainless steel' tag on the product packaging as I am replacing rusty drainpipe protectors on existing gutters. Unfortunately, Revain and Patio Eden are using FALSE ADVERTISING - the product is made of zinc plated carbon steel not stainless steel! These devices are the same design as my rusty guards. Being an engineer I thought I'd show a very simple visual way to demonstrate that it's not stainless steel - in the picture I'm just holding the weight of the guards with a magnet. Stainless steel is not magnetic.
