This oil cooler looks like a well made piece. It's a pretty good weight and it says 'Made in Germany' on the bottom. BE CAREFUL WITH IT! Lid gaskets should be heavier to ensure a better seal. SCREWS THROUGH BOTTOM COVER ARE TOO LONG! One of the screws hits the bottom of the top cover. This resulted in the cap breaking after about 1500 miles and the oil leaking BIG. When trying to get home 700 miles away, we topped up oil as needed to get home. 60 miles away it got worse, oil got into the cooling system and filled the cooling system with a wonderful gray goo that looks and feels like pudding. We had to call a tow truck to tow us home.
