I like that we can set up our own email notifications to notify us of potential issues, such as slow page speeds or server downtimes when they occur in real time without having someone from their team monitor it constantly for hours after an incident occurs (which is too late). The downside here isn't really anything specific but rather everything about this platform overall - not enough features compared with other platforms out there; very limited ability/choice to customize what you see once logged into your dashboard area; some areas are still pretty basic-looking even though "advanced" options exist under certain sections, which makes them seem more simplistic than useful since most users won't know how use these tools anyway by default unless taught otherwise via tutorials available online etc.; also sometimes pages load so slowly while logging onto my account that all sorts of errors show upon loading due to lackadaisical performance -- often making.
