Review on Wilton Recipe Right Non Stick 13 Inch by Nick Owens

I have used this pan to make cakes and tortillas. Nicely baked with a little cooking spray (usually Pam olive oil). Nothing sticks and I get nice browned edges. I was initially disappointed because, as many reviewers have pointed out, the lid did NOT fit. No matter how hard I pressed the edges to place it on my lip, it just wouldn't go through. So half of the lid was closed and the other half was just on top. Good enough to repel flies and keep it from getting stale, but not what I wanted. Then I accidentally pressed the top flat part of the plastic lid very hard - near the side that didn't snap - and the whole lid bent, pulled apart, and snapped into place. He comes! So simple and stupid, but it never occurred to me to try this before. So don't try to fit the "rim" of the lid, flatten the whole thing and spread it out until it's partially inside the pan and snaps into place. good luck there
