I like my new book light. My old reading light that I bought from Walmart years ago died and even after I put in new batteries it didn't work. So when I was looking for a new reading lamp, I wanted amber colored lamps so I could read in bed without disturbing my sleep or others in the room. Perfect. It's like a nice candlelight, but definitely bright to read at low settings. However, it's nice to be able to have low or high settings. The base is also ideal as it attaches easily to a book and holds up well and can also stand on the base and be used as a small reading lamp on a desk. The neck is flexible and feels very strong and will not wear out from repeated flexing. I love that it's rechargeable and when you plug the micro USB cable into the base the indicator glows red and when it's fully charged the indicator glows green. By clicking on the lamp head, it is switched on and can be called up easily. I put it on a few times and it hit the light part just enough to turn the light back on. This is a great reading lamp and I am very happy with my purchase. I've been using it for a month now and there haven't been any problems with the light. Works exactly as it should. Update: After a few months of using this reading lamp I am still very happy with my purchase. The battery lasts a long time on one charge. If I don't use it for a few weeks I can take it out of the box and it's still bright and strong like I just charged it. I am so happy with this little light. I can enjoy reading without waking or disturbing my child. I have no trouble seeing at night when reading on low settings and the clip adheres strongly to my book. It's also nice and light so, even when it's attached to my pocket Bible, I can comfortably hold it while I lie in bed and read. He's holding up great. No flexible neck wear and no battery or performance issues. Great light that lasts a long time.
