Review on Wilton Chocolate Pro: Chocolate Fountain & Fondue Fountain with 4 lb. Capacity by Heidi Ramirez

It was a full LEMON. I selected this item over other chocolate fountains on Revain based on a video showing I can pour chocolate chips directly into the fountain bowl without first melting it. Nevertheless, the instructions said that the chips must be melted in the microwave or in a water bath before use. I followed every letter of the instructions and it worked - JUST AN HOUR! At this point the engine cut out and the chocolate stopped flowing. I bought this for my wedding reception and it was such a disappointment that my main dessert wasn't an appetizer. All the fruits and other items that were prepared to be used with the chocolate fountain were just wasted! This is my first time using the fountain - I wish I had tried it before my big day but even if I did it would look great for an hour and I would be fooled. I even tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested in the guide but to no avail. I will NEVER buy this product. I wish I had the opportunity to return this but it has now expired.
