Had to modify center hole

Center hole was not correct diameter (needed to enlarge). Also would have been better if center hole was threaded for power grinder. Had to add a washer beneath wheel as a shim to properly tighten. Once modified, abrasion/grinding surfaces did their intended purpose. Frustrating needing to modify.
