Actually sleeping better/more balanced

Inexpensive LED light source above the living room table, which also serves as a workplace in the home office (8-10 hours a day). After using these bulbs for about a week (now there are only 5 left in the chandelier) I really started to sleep better. Nothing has changed other than adding these LEDs to the BIOS. When dimmed at night, the lamps emit a pleasant accent light.
