What I like most about hyperresearch is that it provides tools such as brainstorming sessions which help in enhancing my skillset when conducting interviews with users or stakeholders who have problems understanding how products function within their context/environment (i.e., not having direct experience). The only issue i am aware off right now would be its price tag; however there are other free options available online but they don't provide access to all features found within HRESearchPro version 3+. My organisation has been using this since 2008 and we've never had any issues so far regarding functionality. We're looking at ways through which our internal processes can benefit from technology without much effort put forth by us internally - thus making life easier for customers!
