To make it NOT run at full speed, you need a 4-pin PWN fan (ARCTIC P12 PWM), connect all fans to this fan hub from port 0 Connect connect the power cord to the power supply, connect the PWM connector to your motherboard, (pump_fan 1) reboot and set the BIOS. I changed the pump fan profile to Smart/AutomaticDone
