Once you have the covers on, everything is fine. BUT a little push and the sliding cover is removed. Another problem is that when I tried to put on a new cap, it fell apart. So I came out of my pack of 6 from hiding. One fell apart trying to replace a cap I've had for about 5 months. I understand why they come in multipacks. So until I find a replacement, I'll be going back to my washi tape! So let me give you a break I put on the first one and my niece took it off. The second fell apart during installation, the third, the slide came loose when a piece of paper slipped underneath. The fourth fell apart during installation. The fifth was the one I wore for 5 months. And unfortunately (NOT) the last one fell apart when I removed the back to put it on the camera. So Vasya is my new cover. The case does its job as soon as you put it on. It's just not as strong as I need it to be. I'm a very careful person and value my things. I gave it 3 stars because it works, once you can put it in place it just doesn't last as long as I expected.
