Review on Trex Hideaway Start Clips - 🔒 36 Pack for 400 sq. ft. Decking by Jesus Samaddar

I am repairing a 300 sqm. Feet with Trex Enhance Basics Clam Shell Grooved Composite Deckboard. The bars are set 12 inches on center. These clamps are used to secure the first row of tongue and groove decking installed in the home. The rest of the decking is attached with Trex Hideaway (plastic). These clamps are easy to install, but the screw heads will buckle and start rounding if overtightened. The clips are not visible during installation and keep the decking board securely in place. They cost about $1 each, but offer a clean look without the need to drive screws into the decking.
