I really like these socks, they are exactly what I wanted! I'm a food server, I need the wool socks for the extra cushioning in my slip resistant work shoes. I was able to wear these socks to help make my new shoes more comfortable and the wool doesn't make my feet smelly from all the sweating when I work 10 hour shifts and am on my feet and moving about the whole time. The pedometer on my phone tells me that I am averaging 5miles a day of walking while I am at work and these socks keep my feet from getting sweaty and stinky. I don't know how it works that they wick the sweat away .but they do! These socks are very soft and extra comfortable. Plus, I love the black color, because black socks are part of my uniform requirements. These socks will not disappoint you if your feet sweat alot and you need more padded feeling than other socks made from different materials. :-)
