I bought these glasses mainly because they are so cute and they let me express my inner Penelope Garcia unlike most more conventional/boring frames. I work third shift and am an avid gamer, so I spend a lot of time staring at computer screens, often in dark rooms. I wear blue light blockers to reduce eye strain and improve sleep and they should have been more appealing than the ones I've been using. Well, not only were they an update in the optics department, they were also a huge update in the functions department. The difference in how much blue light these headphones block compared to my old pair is significant and I think after just a few days of use they are helping me sleep better.
