Review on Sylaps by Eddie Timbeross

- Very easy for use by both end users.- Easy integration into Salesforce.com (E3). Nothing at this time! I wish there were more options in terms of configuration for each user/group or even roles such that certain users have different capabilities. That would allow a bit greater customization so perhaps it's more customizable than just adding new users? We had one user who could not access salesforce from her desktop computer which was fixed after she added another user account but now I am unable to find where/how to change this. It is working well otherwise though (audio call)! The most important thing about this software is that it's completely free! We have been using sylabs for more than two years now without any problems or complaints from our end users (customers). I don't really see anything special in Sylaps compared other similar softwares out there like Zoom etc., but if they do add some new features then by all means keep doing so because customers will love those things too :) Nothing at moment!
