cook evenly. I feel that exterior scratches scratch easily and I think they need to be treated with care. Two dishes, as in most sets, full of junk. I wish the sautรฉ pan was bigger as it's a bit cramped for things like frozen meals for two. Overall I was very happy with this purchase.
