Review on Botgento by William Turner

I like to use this bot in my chat application for customer service, it's very easy of implementation! This is an excellent tool if you want your customers can contact directly from facebook messenger without having any website or web page open (in case they are not connected). The interface could be better but overall great experience using bots as well. Recommended!! It helps me solve problems faster than emails when people have issues while shopping online through our store - so much easier solving their concerns then sending them email after hours/days later asking about what happened during those days. We also receive more sales because we don't need employees anymore answering questions regarding orders / shipping etc since everything happens inside FB conversation between users who ask us question via messengers - which actually saves money too ;) Highly recommended! Nothing yet really dislike anything at all :) Would love some tips how i would improve UI though :P Great product by far best option out there right now especially.
