Review on 📞 Panasonic KX-TS4200B: 4-Line Integrated Phone System, Expandable up to 16 Stations with Speakerphone - Black by Kaitlyn Nelson

I received the phone a few days ago and it is a beautiful phone with fairly easy to use features. The phone is solid and the keyboard is comfortable. I especially like the backlit keys. The caller ID actually works, unlike my last Panasonic phone which only saved missed calls and didn't show the number after I picked up the phone. The display is easy to read and using the 4 lines is very simple and intuitive. Unfortunately I will have to return the device. The dial lag issue mentioned by another reviewer is really annoying, but not a deal killer for me. The problem I have is that the Panasonic KX-TCA60 headset I used on another Panasonic phone worked fine but the microphone on this one didn't work. Technical support has stated that it is not in the list of compatible headsets for this phone. So I bought another headset that is listed as compatible. (both have standard 2.5mm jacks and both brands are Panasonic) The new headset works, but only with a medium hissing whistling noise when in use. I tested the new headset on another phone and there were no problems. I work on my phone all day and need to type and navigate quickly on three computer screens at the same time. I MUST use a headset. And I don't want to go nuts all day with hissing in my ears. Using the speakerphone didn't work very well either. We had to sit next to him and speak into him so the caller could hear us. The last thing I will try before sending it back is putting in a backup battery. The display shows "Low Batt" all the time as no 9 volts were included and I haven't gotten it yet. It is possible that something in the circuit requires this battery to function properly even though it is connected to mains power. Another minor annoyance.
