The best part of this software is its flexibility to be able to manage all areas of your business. We can create our own modules and customize them as we need. It will not give you all information that you need but it's a good tool for those who are just beginning or do not have enough knowledge in programming. It helps us with scheduling and payroll. We can easily get real time data of all employees so we don't have to ask them. I like that it has all of my employee information in one place which is very helpful when trying to locate an employee. It also allows me to track hours worked so i know if they are working overtime or not. Sometimes there can be some lag time between updates but this isn't always bad since you have other options for updating your system. The software does work well overall with no major issues. This program helps keep our payroll up-to date as needed.
