Installed this past weekend at my parents' house; they are both hearing-impaired and could hear this doorbell clearly at the highest volume level. nice that I could install it in 3 different rooms so that they will always hear the doorbell. There are, perhaps, too many choices of "chimes," some of them are awful but we found one that everyone liked. My only problem with installation was in the pairing of the doorbell button to the receivers; it is not specifically stated in the instructions that while you're long-pressing the volume button on the receiver (after selecting your desired chime) that you need to press the doorbell button when the receiver lights up. I figured this out through trial and error which was a slightly painful process as you then have to cycle through the chimes again to find the one you had chosen and the chimes seem to be randomly ordered so it's not the easiest thing in the world. Other than that, this is a very good product; the footprint of the receivers is, also, nice and small.
