For the money you're paying for this device, you'd think they'd test it before they bought it send to customers. It means being proud of your product, getting positive feedback and being happy to give back/recommend to customers. I received the device today and was dying to use it. It should be able to control both foot/leg devices at the same time. However, only 1 plugin worked halfway. I unplugged both to see if one of the devices on the legs wasn't working or if it was a connection. Apparently the top contact was broken. Now the list of problems continues: the air was strong only for the legs, not for the Achilles tendon or lower leg; then the heating was not working on any leg unit and i had it on level 2 which was the highest setting; Finally, the bandage didn't cover my entire calf, it stopped at the bottom, barely in the middle. This is my experience, so I would not recommend this product.
