I want to start by saying that I really like this toothbrush. I was skeptical that an electric toothbrush would do anything, but this toothbrush really changed my mind. My teeth are noticeably cleaner and my gums are healthier. I like that it can work with different heads and that the battery life is great. However, the charger for this brush is terrible. There is no indication when the brush is charging. Also, it only charges when the brush is unplugged. So always make sure it's charging because you won't be able to tell if it was on or off when you plugged it in. I would happily give this product five stars if the charger gave an indication that it is charging the brush
