The system is easy to use for me as an owner of two stores in different markets - one small town store (which I own) & a large city location where we have multiple franchises under our umbrella organization! So many options available within this software that are not offered by others out there.
A little more training would be needed from them if they want their employees to get used to it but once you do learn how it works everything flows smoothly!! Nothing so far other than my initial problem which was resolved quickly when we contacted support through chat or email. We were able to solve all issues pretty much instantly without having to wait too long for answers when contacting customer service via phone call. Keeping track of inventory levels at both locations along with being aware of what's going on across each market has been key benefit here since being connected to headquarters allows us to keep tabs on things even remotely.
