Fits great. I'm 5'10, 170 pounds, with a 50 year old dog in the front and an age appropriate width in the back. I liked the big one best. The leg slits were too loose to reach and cover my widest piece of junk in the back. The ruffled faceplate looks weird on me. Because it runs through the lower part of the pelvis, I looked like I had a distinct male shell there. It really drew attention to that round bone I hadn't seen before. The ruffles were also too big for my figure, but the bottom line is a clear no for me.
