The puffs need to be sewn on but that's no problem
My daughter loves this bag. If I hadn't found the time to sew the poufs on I would have sent them back. I can't imagine them surviving the first half of the year. One was already hanging by a thread when it arrived. However, this is the bag my daughter wanted and I didn't mind taking 10-15 minutes to tighten it. I still give it a 4 because she loves it. If all you want to do is take it out of the box and use it and still feel comfortable with puffs that will last all year round, this bag isn't for you.
