Bought a set of 3 row black floor mats for a 2018 Toyota Highlander to keep the factory floor mats in good condition during the cold North Carolina months. We don't get much snow or slush so it's mostly rain and trash that you usually pick up during the day. I've read that some 1 star reviewers say they are paper thin and will tear. The reality is they are thinner than OEM but have a rubber base and feel solid. I tried tearing or tearing the product and could not damage the mats. Considering that a new set of OEM floor mats for this car will cost over $100, I met my expectations as these floor mats are only $20 a set. When I received the rugs, they more than met my expectations. The OEM floor mats for this car are very nice and are approximately 0.5" to 0.675" thick with grommets on the driver's side to hold the mat in place. This new kit was approximately .1875-.250 inches thick and had no grommet but rubber-backed lugs to help grip the carpet and hold position. The main plus of this product, like all other products, is to meet expectations. in check. If you find a $20 product while all other OEM products are $100, don't expect to order a $100 product.
