There are a few things I really like about this massager. First, the handle is long enough and adjustable enough that you can use it all over your body without being an acrobat. Also, it's light enough that you can massage your back without arm fatigue. Of course, the reason for its light weight is that it doesn't have a vibrator/heater that is too big. With all of this, the vibrator does a good job of relaxing tight muscles. As mentioned, the low position actually gives a deeper massage than the high position. The only reason I didn't give the Conair C Body Flex five stars is the heater. It's really weak. If you use the massager before it's warm (4-5 minutes) it will never get much warmer as your body will dissipate the heat before it has time to warm up. If you have a little patience it will be warm enough but not hot. Overall, this product does a good job at a reasonable price.
