I've only been using it for a few days but I really like it. I only have two problems. 1) I want to be able to turn on the scanner and scan by just pressing one button. My wife is used to scanners that just push a button. 2) The barcodes in the manual are low resolution and difficult to copy. I requested and received a PDF copy of the manual and was able to print the required codes from it. Your website doesn't list a downloadable PDF copy of the manual, which I have to email a request for. Your answer was excellent. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the scanner. Many Thanks; Kenneth G Bailey
