Review on Premium Leather Side - Vegetable Tan Split - Lightweight - 4+ Square Feet by Carol Miller

Definitely not very soft and quite fleshy on both sides. I groomed it a bit with a leather conditioner and it took on a workable shape fairly easily. Converted it into multiple business card holders and a mug case with no problem. Refined with beeswax and saddle soap. Looks great, wears well. Just a little rough but it adds character and makes me less likely to drop my coffee. Great for layout and sewing practice, but doesn't work well with tools. Although maybe it was due to the leather conditioner I used. Nice skin for the first sketch of a new pattern.
