This cable is ugly but functional. It's basically a universal waterproof power strip and it works for that purpose. The only thing is the clips are plastic and don't seem to want to snap in, wanting to open with every push and thus not waterproofing things. Something like this should have stronger clip locks that work reliably. I managed to keep it closed by tying it with rope. Later I found out that there are screw holes for what is supposed to be a secure and tight connection, but no screws are supplied. It would be interesting to know where to buy the screws. I think that's a big omission. [Update: Found a screw and actually waterproof with a screw] However, it is waterproof when closed and has withstood the elements through a storm and a few downpours for a month or two. So I'm happy with that. He hooks up an outdoor fan and lies on a rubber floor that forms puddles. The rest of the build is pretty solid with a nice thick extension.
