The processor arrived in a plain box of extruded styrofoam and appeared undamaged. However, it looked used and had a few flaws: The DVD can only be described as shaky. It didn't even work at first, but with a little jiggling it finally worked. Second, the speaker jack on the back of the unit didn't work, so I had to plug the speakers into the headphone jack on the front of the unit, which is cumbersome. The supposed wifi key doesn't work at all. It couldn't even find my printer which is literally right above the processor. The company offered a replacement, but when it arrived the new vinyl used to cover the device was blistered and peeling in places. It was a build that was actually recalled, so I didn't even bother to verify that it worked and sent it back. The original will also be back once I can replace it with a Dell from another company. I offered to agree 50% of the price but they only agreed 30%. Too bad because the computer itself works pretty well, it just has too many problems. It's a 2012 rebuild so basically very old with some decent updates.
