I tried this drill on a hole and the drill grabbed me so hard and tried to turn me the other way that I threw the drill in when that hole finished the garbage. Get one of the deep slot cutters like Big Hawg or Blue Boar TCT with 3 or more teeth and the cutting process will be much smoother and safer and you won't need as much drilling power. Although this drill is suitable for a drill, it is not suitable for manual work.
