So I had to write a review after switching on the heating, then I take a shower and when I went to bed it was already warm. Every 10 minutes! I myself only use the heating pad to nibble on cold sheets as my wife and I don't like clothes in the bedroom. Otherwise, climbing cold sheets is like shock therapy and lying down slowly to reduce the shock. I'm sure I'll be too hot in another 10 minutes. Since the controller is on my head/head part, it can generate more heat there than on my feet, for example. But I'm happy with this compromise. We also have another mattress topper over the heater so you don't feel any cables. As I go to bed and want to heat up quickly, I like that the power starts at 8 (the highest) as I usually go to bed in 10 minutes. Perfect for my needs!.
