Review on HENCKELS Classic Hollow Edge Santoku Knife, 7-Inch - Sleek Black, High-Quality Stainless Steel by Max Rosengren

I bought this knife because of the good reviews as an alternative to the much more expensive Wüsthof. I really didn't like the square edges on the handle but figured I'd take them as a compromise for a lower price. When I took it out of the box and washed it, I noticed that there was a small notch on the edge of the blade. It was a pivotal moment for me to return it and find a more comfortable knife. I think I'm just spoiled by the feel and performance of my Wüsthof chef's knife and may need to spend a little more to be satisfied.
