HP Laser OE toner cartridges have reached such a price that a twin pack is more than I paid for my laser printer. The original printers have lost their legibility. They are produced in an edition of 1,500 copies, about 100 copies before that begin stripes or omissions of letters. I replaced them with the original cartridges which I bought for $27. I'm on the first one so far and have over 2000 copies and it still prints clear. HP says I have voided my warranty. So what, I can buy a new laser printer for two of their cartridges. and non-OE have greatly improved.
