Assuming I used it correctly by plugging in my car's cigarette lighter adapter it did the opposite of what I did needed and the battery drains less than 24 hours. If I didn't use it correctly my score stands because the instructions are useless and I'm really not sure what I could have done wrong. I had a suspicion this would happen as my car's response to being plugged in was to prevent me from locking the car and beeping repeatedly (looks like it was trying to indicate something was using power). However, I decided to give it a chance. He did not die overnight, but died around 2:00 p.m. the next day after being exposed to direct sunlight all morning. Perhaps the only feature missing is some kind of light or an indicator of which direction the energy is flowing. For example, green if it goes from the panel to the car, or red if it somehow goes in the opposite direction. Either way, he's back.
