Nicely packaged devices. Very easy setup (didn't even need instructions). The audio circuit is not flat. For my ears a pronounced emphasis on the mids. This is problematic for me as I often use the system for music (jazz, classical) where a flat response is most desirable. -Standard (3 stars) rating. Sometimes, for no particular reason, a delay between the TV speakers and home theater speakers makes the dialogue sound like it's coming from the midfield of NFL umpires in an empty stadium. Sometimes turning devices off and back on reduces the problem to perfect sync. Sometimes I have to select one source or another that distorts my usual sound field. If I can consistently work around this, I'll happily raise my rating to 5 stars and post the work here. A week after I wrote the original review. The units failed to contact each other and were sent back for credit! The search continues!
