Great Customer Management and Payments Product

I like how it can be used for both POS as well as CRM software, very helpful if you are managing more than one account. It has been hard getting employees to learn this product or even know what they should do once training begins which have slowed down my implementation process greatly! Needs some improvement but not much given their free version is so great though we would need additional licenses. We use this program solely for our point of sale system (it's called PointCast). The best thing about this program?

Pros
  • Great customer service
  • Able monitor store sales/productivity
  • Very easy interface with no complicated steps required.
  • Has an excellent mobile app that works flawlessly when accessing via tablet devices such iPad etc
Cons
  • Not being able track customers using multiple websites simultaneously
