Great way improve conversions through invitations

I really like how easy this tool made it for myself to be able to send an invite to my customers. There are some aspects where I wish there was more customization, but overall the system is easy enough to use. It has improved our conversion numbers at least by 3%. The only thing i'd suggest maybe expanding it to include more options when they're adding a new customer or updating an already existing one on our list.   • Easy way that allows us sales reps easily reach prospective clients even in areas with no internet.
  • Very fast can respond quickly while making sure every client gets noticed
  • Great tools make finding prospects super simple (just type your info once), find them through Google maps search engine without typing anything else

Great Customer Management and Payments Product

I like how it can be used for both POS as well as CRM software, very helpful if you are managing more than one account. It has been hard getting employees to learn this product or even know what they should do once training begins which have slowed down my implementation process greatly! Needs some improvement but not much given their free version is so great though we would need additional licenses. We use this program solely for our point of sale system (it's called PointCast).
