I was very pleased that my machine was delivered on time. They quickly took it out of the box and threw it on my sewing table and off we went. This is my #9 sewing machine. I'm not new to sewing! They have many brands and I sew everything from clothing to quilts to upholstery. With so many cars, I have many legs. Many of these are suitable for Janome. I just ripped 1/4 inch off my brother! The first thing I did was cut off a leg from a pair of jeans. If I want this machine to be my workhorse, it has to be able to sew some pretty heavy stuff. I folded over the thick seams of men's jeans and BAM.SIT RIGHT THROUGH! I folded the material as if to hem it and again it didn't let me down! He was also careful with fine cotton fabric. I do not regret buying this car. I have a brother and I love the nice bag that comes with it and also the hard case. Any extras were a plus. If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate. You will not regret it!
