Their customer support is amazing! They are always willing t work through any issues we have quickly without us needing too much guidance from our side of things (which can be sometimes frustrating!).
The platform itself has been very reliable over time - no major problems or glitches so far when using it as part 1of2 elearning solution at my workplace where I am responsible both courses but also supporting clients who use their system via self hosted version). There really isn't anything i dislike other then perhaps some minor UI elements which could look better? We used them because there was nothing else out therE yet suitable enough given how complex/advanced ours were compared ti others options available already online such as Pluralsight / Coursera etc..
