In the past I've used everything from teaspoons to chopsticks to mix cocktails, but not anymore! I don't know why I decided to try this spoon but I'm glad I did. I don't need a spoon often, but the weight on the other end makes it that much easier to get through a lot of ice and lets whatever's at the bottom of your drink (well-squeezed lime?) roll and tumble. Especially useful when adding bitters to a highball. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it's not what you would call heirloom quality. But that's the quality of a useful class, and it gets the job done!
