I've always wanted a 12" mixing spoon, now I have to invest in 10" jars to justify my purchase. It's good that I'm not married so I don't have to justify my unnecessary purchases with things that only single people should have.

This mixing spoon is beautiful, thin and long. Ideal for mixing cocktails. Despite being thin and light, it feels durable. Closing is also very easy. I would definitely recommend and buy again myself if I need another one. I also think it would make a great gift.

Build quality is very good for the price, no manufacturing defects. The spiral pattern is the same throughout and is too long to accommodate tall glasses. The opposite side of the spoon is larger and lighter, making it well-balanced in your hand.

I never thought a spoon could make a difference but I love this thing! Tried some new cocktails in honor of Covid 19 and my role as a health worker, the stress is incredible and unforgiving, this spoon helped make some great drinks even better! Just the right length for most uses including carafe stirrers. I like that the spoon is not too small or flat. Good enough to take an olive or a cherry out of a jar. The spiral is good. The pommel is a separate piece soldered to the handle; It doesn't bother me, but on closer inspection you can tell. The spoon looks and feels good.

In the past I've used everything from teaspoons to chopsticks to mix cocktails, but not anymore! I don't know why I decided to try this spoon but I'm glad I did. This spoon is just over 12 inches long and will therefore be a great help in tall mixing pitchers. I ordered this as I was concerned that my current 9" spoon would be too short to use in my recently ordered mixing glass, nearly 6" tall, both items were ordered together.
